Travel Socks

When my mom and I went to Washington, D.C., in October, I took these socks along with me. They went on the plane, on the Metro, in the cab, in the shuttle, and on the bus.

I finished them Wednesday and wore them to Pennsylvania Avenue Thursday. These socks have seen the White House, the Treasury Building, and the Holocaust Museum. They walked about a thousand miles, on account of we got lost, of course (it's genetic). Of all my socks, these are the ones that have seen the most mileage.
