Though it helps to have some prior knowledge of Doctor Who and Catherine Tate, the real star of this clip is the frustration a teacher feels when s/he has a jackass for a student.

I know the people who wrote this sketch thought they were exaggerating student behavior for comic effect but, unfortunately, it's ... pretty much this.
