Socks Past Due

August through October were extremely busy months for me, but I did manage to sneak in some knitting during my (very limited) spare time.

Here's a pair of socks I haven't shared yet:

I knit these from Brown Sheep's Wildfoote, Bluegrass colorway. They're my usual toe-up over 60 inches with a 3x1 ribbed cuff.

My mom bought the yarn a year or two ago in Portland, Oregon; she grew up there and she and my dad went west for a visit.

Knitting these socks did not go as quickly as usual; the yarn is kind of splitty so I had to pay close attention and, as I mentioned before, I didn't have a lot of time to spare. But I love the finished result!
