It's Been a Long Day

Today we had inservice after school until 6:15. Then I had rehearsal until 8:30.

I had been out of my house for almost fourteen hours, and I was hungry.

I stopped over at the Arby's and ordered my meal. I drove up to the window and handed over the cash. The woman at the window leaned out and handed me my soda and straw, and I rolled up the window and drove away. Without my food.

You guys, I was so scattered that I FORGOT HOW TO WORK THE DRIVE-THRU.

It's good that Thanksgiving Break is almost here.
