When I Was Picasso

Okay, don't be jealous.

This masterpiece that you see before you? I did that--in the fourth grade. On January 8, 1985, to be exact, which I wrote on the back of the picture, with my autograph.

At the time, we were living in upstate New York, and I guess we were required by law to learn about the Erie Canal. I've actually been there, to the Erie Canal; it sure doesn't look like my picture ... and that's a shame, isn't it?

Be sure to notice my attention to detail, as well as my total lack of depth perception (or whatever. I don't know any art words). Also notice how the mule driver's arm only goes down to his waist, and how the stable bears a curious resemblance to a church ... a collapsing church. Man, I am AWESOME!
